This nearly 60 acre parcel sits just on the edge of the town limits of Ridgeland, SC, and consists of multiple ponds, open buildable ground, pines, hardwoods, and a creek.  There is a reasonable amount of cleared area, a reasonable amount of young pine area, some mature pine timber and some mature hardwood timber at the back of parcel where the beautiful freshwater streak and creek is.  The ponds have been well shaped, and could be used for a variety of recreational enjoyment, including fishing, as well as a beautiful back or front yard view nonetheless.  The largest pond is approximately 6.5 acres, the second is about 1.5 acres, and the third is about 1/4 of an acre.  There are good buffers here, and the property is currently mainly being used for deer hunting.  There are several stands spread through the tract.  This land has a long narrow driveway entrance that comes off of the Interstate 95 frontage road (at Exit 22).  There are two separate entrance gates here, one shared, and one not shared.  The bulk of the land here sits way back in a quiet, secluded private area.  However, this land is super convenient and sits only about a mile from all the amenities that the town of Ridgeland has to offer.  It is also close to the popular cities of Bluftton, Beaufort, Hilton Head, Savannah, and Charleston.  Call the listing broker to schedule private showings only.
