The metal carport is 18' x 36' and has been used primarily for farm equipment storage. The club leases multiple large acreage tracts spread around the area and gathers often in the hunting season and off-season. There have been many upgrades to the buildings including electrical, wood framing, flooring, and painting within the past year. There was a new well pump added and the septic tank was just pumped in 2021. There are two hot water tanks on a split system. The larger building is serviced by a Central HVAC. There are automatic lights inside and outside of both buildings. The processing room has an electric ceiling mounted winch, large tub sink, air compressor, commercial walk-in cooler, and fluorescent lighting. The kitchen appliances and a few other items will remain with the property. Some additional miscellaneous items on the property may or may not be included in the sale.
