Cody Davis

Cody Davis was born and fortunate enough to be raised, on hunting plantations in the Lowcountry of South Carolina. Cody brings experience as a real estate investor acquiring multiple rental properties since 2018 and is in the process of house flipping as well. He currently calls Varnville, S.C. home with his wife and son on their 70 acre ‘hobby farm’ with an array of barnyard animals. Cody has a professional network that consist of Foresters, Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and more that can assist with your real estate needs during the buying and selling process and beyond. While living in the Lowcountry, Cody has spent the last 10 years working in the Aiken Area. Cody earned his Bachelor degree from The University of South Carolina in Mechanical Engineering and is currently a Licensed Engineer in the state. He is also a proud member of the South Carolina National Guard since 2009. Cody enjoys spending time with his family and friends, from fishing the Fla. Keys and Beaufort S.C, hiking trails of the Olympic National Park and Appalachia, and watching all things football.
